RETURN

We accept returns within 36 hours of order receipt by customers, respective of the quality check performed before final acceptance of product return. Unless otherwise purchased on sale, not applicable on items purchased on sale.

Product/s being returned / sent for exchange must be in their original condition, unwashed. The packaging and tagging should be as received. Products without packaging bags & tags will not be accepted. Any Defect in product, cost to be borne by the customer. 

To request for your return you may write to us at hello@marpeso.com and our team will get in touch with you within 72 hours of receiving the email on working days (Monday – Friday) between 10 am to 6 pm.

To quicken the process and service provided by us, we request you to mention your order number, matter of concern and if possible send us images. 

Your return order will be picked up within 5-7 working days (Monday – Friday) of your email.

Return will not be applicable on any accessories. 

Return on any item that is customized to your size on your request, to an existing size or a new piece, cannot be returned. 

REFUND

Orders payed for in cash, can either be refunded in form of store credit or full refund to your bank account under the same name as the purchaser.  

For orders you place using the card, we will reverse the transaction on the same card that was used for purchase.

All refunds will take a minimum of 5 – 7 working days to reflect in your account / card, whichever applicable.

Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back  and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

We trust you, but just to ensure our quality team gets to do their fair share of checks, we request you to allow us time to refund till the products returned to us are quality checked for the concern that made your experience unsatisfactory.

Refunds will not be applicable on items purchased on sale/discounted price.

Refunds will not be applicable on any accessories. 

EXCHANGE

To quicken the process and service provided by us, we request you to mention your order number, matter of concern, what product or size to be exchanged for. 

Incase of exchange of a lower amount, we will add the differential amount to your store credit.

Incase of exchange of a higher amount, we will share a payment link through which you may process the differential order post which we will dispatch your order.

Items purchased on sale may be exchanged for another product either of the same value or higher. The differential amount for the exchanged product will be borne by you. 

As we do not cancel orders once they have been placed, you may either return or exchange, on receipt, them as per the way mentioned above. We will be happy to help you.

Any merchandise purchased on sale, to be shipped back by customer incase of any exchange required. 

Exchange on accessories is not applicable

Exchange attempt of products will be borne by the customer. 

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

MISCELLANEOUS

Customisation of size is not included in any item on sale. The merchandise maybe purchased at the actual cost of customisation.

Any credit note must be utilised by the customer within 3 months of receiving the credit note.
